Our aim is to support farmers, make better use of local harvests and explore opportunities to process produce closer to where it is grown.
One initiative being planned for 2027 focuses on drying tomatoes and turning them into tomato powder. The aim is to reduce food waste, add value to the harvest and create local work opportunities, including opportunities for women.
As these plans develop, we will share progress, practical experiences and lessons learned.
